This large floor lamp in lacquered metal and acrylic by Designer Luigi Bandindi Buti for Kartell is
a true iconic piece from the beginnings of the 1970s. The height of the globe can be adjusted by
a pulley system and counter balanced weight. The metal arm of this floor lamp that holds the
globe could be rotated 180°. The diffuse illumination of the XL globe dips every room in a warm

Italian Mid-Century Modern Space Age chrome table lamp "Serpente" by Gioffredo Reggiani,

This rare Italian mid-century chrome table lamp, named after "serpente“ meaning snake in
Italian, is characterised by a flexible chromed base, which allows to bend the two globes in
every different position. This table lamp by Gioffredo Reggiani is also known as „Cobra“ lamp
because - depending on the positon - it reminds of a cobra snake. Its form is typical for the
space age design in Italy, characterised by simple lines and a fun space-age feel.
Lightly used, with very light scratches, or minor cosmetic wear, but has no structural issues.

This murano glass pendant lamp was manufactured by Mazzega in Italy in
the 1970s. The glass was hand blown by Murano glass blowers, making this
lamp a unique piece. The five glass ‘ petals’ have small air inclusions that
give the glass a spongy appearance and that nicely diffuse the light. The
thick glass is amber and transparent coloured.The chandelier has a typical
70s design. The chrome-plated rod in the middle reflects the light and
makes this chandelier a real eye-catcher. The chain and canopy are also
chrome-plated. The chain of this lamp can be shortened to adjust the
suspension height.

This very large Murano glass table lamp has a wonderful shape. The
yellowy amber hemisphere inside the lamp lends a great contrast to the
white shell and has small air inclusions that give the glass a nicely diffused
light and casts shadows on the outer glass wall. This Italian Murano table
lamp has fantastic glow and fills the room with warmth. The glass is very
thick and made of high quality. The glass was hand-blown by Murano glass
blowers for the manufacture VISTOSI - a company with a long history - in a
time when their key to success were great collaborations to the most
famous designers of the time such as Gae Aulenti, Ettore Sottsass or
Adalberto Dal Lago.

A rare set of two large Italian Table lamps from the 70s in high qualitiy and in good vintage condition. The solid base of these lamps is made of brass and cane - also known as Vienna rattan - and the matching lampshades are made of cork. Due to the cork the light will create a warm glowing light. The golden brass base in combination with the cane (Vienna rattan) is an exquisite addition to the lamp.
Each lamp has one bulb screw for a light bulb with E27 2.5W 250 lumen LED light. Any type of light bulb can be used, not a specific one preferred.
